Jacqui Abbott is an experienced coach and senior executive with extensive industry experience. Working with men and women to successfully transition into broader, more complex and strategic leadership roles; build high performance teams; develop networks: improve flexibility and build your brand
across the organisation and industry.


With detailed knowledge of implementing gender diversity in many workplaces, Jacqui brings a unique level of expertise to the coaching of women. For women transitioning to or already in executive roles, or managing the transition through becoming a working parent.

Caroline is an experienced senior executive with over 18 years experience across industries. Having led diversity and inclusion initiatives including flexible work practices, she understands the barriers to success often faced during significant life phases.


Focused on supporting individuals through career transition phases including parental leave. Caroline has delivered coaching services both in-house and privately. Her aim is to support both individuals and organisations to navigate this period of change, and establish new and sustainable ways of working.


As a mother of three young children who works flexibly, while also having responsibility for organisational outcomes through her role as a senior HR Executive, Caroline understands the complexity of managing this transition both from a personal and organisational perspective.
